How to Play Caribbean Poker

Objective
Caribbean Poker is a five card stud poker game. The player (you) plays against the dealer. Your goal is to try and beat the dealer's hand. The exciting part about this game is that it's still possible to beat the dealer with a low hand and there are different odds payouts for specific hands.

Rules
To begin the game, place your wager on the "ante". You are then dealt five cards face down. The dealer also gets five cards; four are face down, the fifth card is face up. After viewing your hand, you have two options. You can play out the hand that you were dealt, or you can fold and give up your "ante" bet. Should you decide to play out your hand, you have to place another wager, the "bet", double the amount of the initial "ante". After you have made your decision, the dealer reveals his remaining four cards.

The dealer must have at least an ACE/KING in his hand to "qualify" in order to play the hand out. If the dealer does not have such a hand, you get paid on your "ante" but not your "bet". If the dealer happens to qualify with an ACE/KING or better and your hand is higher than the dealer's then you get paid the "ante" wager as well as the "bet" wager. The "ante" is paid even money. The "bet" is paid out according to the type of hand. If the dealer has a higher hand, you lose both bets. Equal hands results in a tie.

Straight	4-1	Any 5 cards in a sequence but not of the same suit
Three of a kind	3-1	3 cards of the same value and 2 unmatched cards
Two pairs	2-1	2 cards with the same value with another 2 cards of the same value with any other card
One pair	1-1	2 cards of the same value and 3 unmatched cards
